Tasting Note:

Salty and crystalline. Chewier but with a diamond-cut fruit and a firmer more masculine herbal, darker profile than Monvigliero. Dark fruit notes of blueberry, cassis and a complex rosemary-infused meat quality, too. Vibrant and long and finishes on fruit.
