Tasting Note:

A dry stony quality complements the deep but resonant fruit. Flowing but brisk with a cool intensity of black cherry and red plum fruit, a grapefruit touch and a heady floral note. Flavours float readily across the palate whilst the firm structural spine gives the wine definition and solidity. Superb. After 25 days on the skins post fermentation the wine is aged for 3 years in large wooden vats.
