Tasting Note:

From the Cerequio vineyard at 380 metres above sea level. 65 year old vines planted on clay-limestone soils with a high sand content. Perfumed, very "La Morra" red fruit nose. Come-hither, juicy soft red berry flavours. Warm, plump, sun-ripened strawberry fruit really seduce. So open and aromatic, a real crowd pleaser. Fermentation and maceration is for 3 weeks followed by 24 months in oak barrels - one year in tonneaux and 18 months in large casks.
