Tasting Note:

More limestone to Cerretta’s clay, hence a more chiselled and mineral style of wine. Intense and a little more brooding than Cerretta. Crisp, stony bright red fruits with flecks of salt complimenting the richness of hot 2015 vintage. A west facing limestone rich vineyard planted at 400 metres above sea level. The wine Aged for two years in large used oak “botti”.
