Tasting Note:

Opulent, fragrant, fruity and open. Bursting with salt-flecked cherries, plums and cherry liqueur. So warming smooth and flamboyant. Fornace is a single plot in the higher part of the Castelnuovo dell’Abate zone. Aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks.
