Tasting Note:

A serious Nebbiolo that delivers an awful lot of wine for the money. This tastes like a mini Barolo. The majority of the fruit comes from La Morra, with some Castiglione and a tiny bit of Barolo commune, too. 30 percent of this is declassified Barolo, hence the wine’s complexity and structure. Crunchy powerful and layered. A Nebbiolo that needs a good few years’ bottle age. Gripping, intense flavours of dried fruits, fresh wild strawberries, and sweet woody spices. Rich, muscular but toned and vivid. Impressive.
