10 cases, 2 bottles
£37.50 per bottle

Tasting Note:

A darker wine than Asili with more substance and complexity. A good linearity of tannin and the beautifully ripe, fluid fruit to cover this structure. The flavour profile is sweet plum, flower and spice with a background red berry touch. Deep and broad-shouldered but soulful and complete. A clay dominated, south-west facing Barbaresco vineyard yielding some of Barbaresco’s more structured wines. After a two month submerged cap fermentation the wines are then aged in used Slavonian oak casks of 20-50hl for 24 months.
