Tasting Note:

Aromatic, firm but sweet with bright, intense fresh fruit flavours of bramble, loganberry, red cherry and kirsch. Mineral undertones give this fruit a moreish, refreshing quality, while liquorice and cinnamon spice give this dimension and complexity.
