Tasting Note:

Deep, brooding and dense. One of the most concentrated Carobrics yet, this will take a lot longer to unwind than any other vintage I can remember tasting. Layered flavours of dark and red fruit, herb, tar and spice. A blend of three top Crus, Cannubi, Rocche and Bric del Fiasc, aged the same way as all of the other wines, for a year in barriques and a year in large oak ‘botti’.
