Tasting Note:

Its origins from the La Morra commune are clear; a fragrance of red berries and cherry blossom hit you before a powerful but noble and nuanced palate of ripe crushed red summer berries, cherries, dried flower and minerals, gripped by fine but persistent tannins, svelte, classy and extremely long. A great vineyard planted with old vines dating back to 1942. Aged for one year in barriques and a year and a half in large French oak cask.
