Bottled in June 2007 after three years in large oak cask and one year in steel tank. This is one of the great successes of the vintage thanks to the cool clay-dominated west facing vines. This exhibits a beautiful bright red colour and strong ripe fruit character whilst boasting a surprising style and nervosity for the vintage; cool, fresh, and grippy with an explosion of ripe damson, sloe and red berry fruit character.
