Tasting Note:

Complex nose, tannic and powerful but not harsh thanks to the abundance of ripe juicy cassis and raspberry fruit. Sweet, profound, racy and delicious, crunchy, crisp forest berry fruit, hints of sweet strawberry with notes of stone and rock salt. Aged in 50% oak with malolactic fermentation in barrel, this is a touch oakier than the Altare version but is packed with dense ripe fruit.
