Tasting Note:

Smouldering, multi-layered, seductive Barolo; intense and deeply profound, corpulent, fleshy but suave flavours of bramble, blueberry, red cherry, mineral, strawberry, liquorice and menthol. Complete, curvaceous Barolo of the highest quality. The same cask ageing as the regular cru Barolos with extra time in bottle, this Riserva Barolo is a blend of wine from the Capalot and Brunate vineyards that average 50 years old. Bottled up exclusively in magnum, circa 1000 magnums are produced.
