Tasting Note:

True to form the Guardiola has a more chiselled and austere character to the other Etna crus. Vibrant and bright with a clear, fresh fruit edge. Noticeably more savoury and mineral than the other crus, too, tight-knit crunchy plum and cherry fruit with notes of dry stone. A true vin de garde. An Etna of great potential, this will need many years to unfurl.
