Tasting Note:

An expressive and alluring Etna. High pitched floral blueberry and red berry fruit on the nose. The palate is juicy and charming, fruity and inviting forest berry plum and violet notes with a guiding tannic grip. On the more elegant side of the Etna spectrum. Ageing is for 18-20 months in a mixture of barriques, demi muids and large barrels of used wood.
