Tasting Note:

Intensely aromatic, sweet red fruit notes. Bright red cherry notes add crunch to the more warming, kirsch and fruit liqueur touches. Beautifully weighted, juicy and sweetly-scented with a fresh and balanced finish. Top class Rosso di Montalcino. A Sangiovese coming from their hillside slope in Castelnuovo del Abate, fermented in steel followed by ageing in small barrels and large casks for ten months, with a further finishing in bottle for five months.
