Tasting Note:

100% Petit Manseng, 10.5% alcohol and 125g/l residual sugar. Wonderful, playful poised, so precise, unique flavours of clemetine, red apple, limes, quince, the fruit pirouettes accross the palate, the acidity is rapier like, but never is this aggressive or over bearing, in fact it shows wonderful delicacy with touches of peach, sicilian lemon and orange blossom honey. Very intense but light as a feather. Incredible.
