Tasting Note:

Riper and fleshier than the Blanc Fumé - there is an unhurried elegance to Pur Sang and yet it remains a highly refined mouthful of fine Sauvignon fruit. Yellow grapefruit and nectarine notes meet fine salt, gentle spice and a smooth stony element. Pur Sang or "Thoroughbred" comes from vines planted on a mixture of well-drained clay and small flint stone soils, the wine is fermented and aged in oak demi-muids.
