Linear, stony and more slender than the Clos Mosny, the parcels for this cuvee are very old and the highest in the village - they are poorer and more stony than those of Mosny, and as a result this super pure Chenin is most of whisper than a shout, all fine intensity on the finish. Complex citrus and herb notes mingle with crushed salty rocks. Fresh, clean cooking would love this while Clos Mosny could handle a dash or two of cream.
