Tasting Note:

Fermented and aged sur lie in 90% stainless steel and 10% used oak. Chalkier, more mineral and finer boned than the more upfront, juicy Sancerre blend. Salted apples and limes, white flowers, violets, bright zesty lemons and subtle notes of jasmine dance across the palate, finishing fresh and invigorating. Open and joyful but with a real chalky character and presence too. Produced from a blend of sites with a naturally high proportion of “Caillotes” and “Griottes” chalky-limestone soils.
