Tasting Note:

Lemon confit stones and fine pure yellow fruits. There’s a lot going on here, faintest suggestions of honey, bracing acidity that is buffered by wonderful extract and crunchy peach notes. Salt and fine crystalline honey. The touch of frost has bought an added concentration to Thibaud’s wine in 2016, and the extra fat serves the driving line of acidity brilliantly.
