Another great Bue terroir, due south exposition on limestone soils, fermented and aged in 600 Lt Stockinger 'tonnes'. The richer soils and southern exposition combine to produce a wine that's up front and loaded with rich, juicy almost tropical fruit, pineapple and guava mingling with red apple fruit and cut grass. Concentrated, with a seam extract at its core, this is bold, chewy almost, and longing for food.
