Tasting Note:

Reserved and slender, similar in shape to Cornish point but with more reticence and complexity. Stylish flavours of dark cherry, sloe, herbs and spices. Gentle but layered and haunting. From a parcel in the the north-facing elms vineyard, where the soils are similar to Cornish point, friable and deep loess. Fermented with 25% whole bunches and aged for 13 months in a quarter new burgundy barrels.
