Tasting Note:

Bittersweet fruit, raspberry and cherry stone, then delicate earthy spice and lightly stony iron rich armoas. On the palate, mineral soaked fruit, fine gripping tannins, cherry stone and salt, then summer flower notes. There’s plenty of grip and energy to this, with layered earthy minerals that cleanse the finish. The acid mineral balance makes this very moreish. With just a little air, an extra layer of sweetness emerges around the floral earthy tones giving this a lovely sense of harmony and completeness. Drinks very easily, but provides a constantly evolving picture of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
