Taylor's, Vintage Port, 2017

Taylor’s 2017 is one of, if not the standout Port of the vintage. Its sense of completion and integration is simply remarkable. Sweet opulent fruit with a poised, glorious mouth-filling texture exuding pure blackcurrants, plums and black cherries with masses of concentration. Layered, graphite-infused tannins, dried cocoa and milk chocolate expand on the finish. Nothing over powering, this is supremely silky, seductive and measured. A very classy Port indeed.
