Tasting Note:

The Chery boasts very pure soft granite soils which enable the roots to go deep, which stand the vines in particularly good stead during heatwaves. This is a fantastic example. High toned white peach skin and violet aromas, a beautiful wine with a gentle white flower and jasmin perfume rippling through this together with juicy peach, citrus and mineral flavours. This is complex and rich yet shows remarkable poise. The alcohol is a natural 13.7% but there no hint of heat or heaviness.
