Tasting Note:

The Chery vineyard boasts very pure soft granite soils that enable the roots to go deep, which stand the vines in particularly good stead during heatwaves and result in wines of strong mineral character. This is rich and creamy but lifting and vivacious too, notes of cape gooseberry, lime, greengage and nectarine stone encircled by mineral and violet touches. Stunning.
