Tasting Note:

Expressive, open-knit red and dark fruits with a warming sweet spice undertow. Alluring and easy at first approach but with a good base of solid fruit at its core and a gentle balancing freshness. However well it tastes in its youth, it has sufficient underlying grip and definition to ensure a good life. A blend of all thirteen permitted varieties with a bias towards Grenache and Mourvèdre: 30% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Counoise, 5% Cinsault, and 15% of the other permitted varieties.
