Tasting Note:

Not as opulent and textured as the 2015 but not lacking anything either, unarguably more refined and digest. The lovely bright acidity shines through the stone fruit and nutty oak. Notes of citrus rind stone and peach. Expressive, fresh and full but nicely poised. A higher proportion of Roussanne than usual (80%) with Grenache blanc and a mix of other permitted varieties. 30% is aged in oak, the rest is in tank.
