Tasting Note:

A press direct rose coming from a blend of Grenache 62%, Syrah 16%, Rolle 9%, Mourvedre 8% and Cinsault 5%. The light bright pink colour resulting from a short maceration rather than saignee method. The texture here is all silk yet not without freshness and detail. Wild roses and strawberries, interesting notes of verbena and plum skin, morello cherry, a touch of spice, sun warmed fruit. Intense, full and long – this is a serious but very drinkable rose for the table!
