Tasting Note:

So clear and fresh. Lovely bright, slightly salty, citrus, yellow plum and fruit blossom character with notes of herb. A Clairette dominated blend with Roussanne and some Grenache making up the balance. Vinified and aged in steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation.
