Tasting Note:

Beautifully velvety, solid structure without being remotely overbearing, lively red fruit flavours of loganberry and raspberry infused with fresh herb notes. Part whole bunch fermentation. Ageing is in oak barriques for at least 15 months with less than 15% new wood.
