Tasting Note:

A Côte Rôtie in the best traditions of Clusel Roch. Low in alcohol (less than 13%) refined, refreshing and sapid with wonderfully clear bright red berry fruit and a twist of salt. Clear-cut, clean and extremely elegant. A blend of Côtes Rôtie’s largely from the schist, south-east facing vineyards of the Verenay commune. Part whole bunch fermentation. Ageing is in oak barriques for at least 15 months with less than 15% new wood
