Tasting Note:

Intense, crunchy brooding fruit. As ever the most powerful, layered and backward wine of the cellar, a tinge more floral and generous than
other vintages which makes this even more compelling than usual. Flavours of juicy red cherry, strawberry and raspberry, a strong savoury

commune planted with 75-year-old ‘Serrine’ vines, which is the traditional Syrah of Ampuis. The wine is aged for 24 months in 30% new oak
and is bottled without filtration.
