Tasting Note:

Soft and creamy mirabelle and quince fruit hit you straightaway but with a fine focus and saltiness that prolongs the finish. Ample and balanced, ripe and refined, very pretty indeed. A riper style of fruit than usual but somehow elegant and harmonious, not at all “confit.” The blend is Clairette 45% (50 year old vines), Grenache Blanc 35%, Bourboulenc 15% and Roussanne 15%, the wine is fermented half in vat and half in oak cask, 15% of which are new.
