Tasting Note:

Fluid, easy and with a nice texture and shape. As engaging, texturally, as this is, it begins quietly and needs a little aeration and encouragement. The flavours gently unwind with notes of rose, pomegranate and red berry fruit. Lithe, long and floral with great poise. Whole bunch fermented and aged for 18 months in 3-5 year old demi-muids.
