Tasting Note:

Aged in a little more new oak than François Villard’s other Condrieus (40%) this is often the finest and most complex of his whites. Even more closed than the Grand Vallon but incredibly intense, floral and peachy, lots of fruit but distinctly more mineral than the other cuvées, flavours of guava, Mirabelle, herb, white flower with strong rock salt overtones, impeccably balanced.
