Tasting Note:

Dark and serious, but with good clear, clean fruit and loads of complexity. Reticent at first, this unwinds with air and reveals its full potential - the palate offering layers of flavour, from earthy brambles, black cherry, sage and garrigues to notes of sweet plums. Deep but moreish. A Mourvèdre dominated blend of around 40-60%, with Grenache and Syrah evenly making up the balance. Aged for 18 months in neutral oak barrels, bottled without fining or filtration.
