Tasting Note:

The final blend will be dominated by 75% Grenache and 15%-20% made up of Mourvèdre and Syrah. An opulent nose of morello cherries precede a palate steeped in ripe fruit flavours of black cherry, black pepper, blackberry and Liquorice. This is so sweet, suave and velvety that it glides effortlessly accross the palate despite the great density and concentration obvious here. Excellent quality of tannins.
