Tasting Note:

Soft, broad and berryish. Clear, clean and sweet ripe fruit flavours of bramble and plum with a salt-flecked finish. Engaging and attractive if not very complex. A crowd pleaser. Beautifully made. The vines therefore fall just outside of the Châteauneuf appellation but the soil structure is very similar to that of the poor, pebbly, clay-influenced vineyards of Beaucastel.
