Tasting Note:

René Rostaing’s Côte Blonde is perennially one of the legendary wines of the Rhône, vintage after vintage. Never a shrinking violet, this is often a muscular, intense Côte-Rôtie of huge concentration that requires several years to show its greatness. The 2010 is among the very finest René has produced. This is so fresh, noble and complex, superb flavours of bramble, cassis, black and red cherry, violets, cedar wood, herb and pepper spices. A glorious wine that will reward cellaring.
