Tasting Note:

True to type this is stricter and with more tannins than the Ampodium. Powerful and tight-packed. Firm, small, ripe cassis fruit, very intense and gripping. Excellent definition and clarity of flavour together with underlying warmth and richness. 100% Fermented with whole bunches and aged in large demi-muid casks, a maximum of 10% of which are new.
