Tasting Note:

From the Hemel en Aarde ridge, a young vineyard planted in 2010. Inspired by the old bottles of Mas de Daumas Gassac and Granges De Peres. Roussanne, Chardonnay, Verdelho and Chenin make up roughly 25% of the blend each, with a touch of Muscat/Viognier (just 3%). Rich complex white wine, exotic violet and mango, passion fruit and lots of flowers, lilies. Aromatically rich but the palate is exuberant with lots of acidity, full bodied and long.
