Tasting Note:

100% Granite. The inaugural Plat’Bos. From Paardebosch farm planted 1981 facing north north west, and just three barrels have been selected out to bottle on its own. The rest continues to provide zippy granitic freshness to the Aristargos and Chenin Blanc. Tense, understated with a racy, bristling line of acidity. Salty and mineral with notes of fresh lemon, apple, citrus peel and blossom. Fresh out of the top drawer.
