Tasting Note:

A single vineyard located at 125m altitude in the classic part of the Hemel en Aarde Valley. Planted with Dijon clone 115, which tends to yield more floral flavours marrying well to the structure of the heavier clay soils. Silky sweet raspberries, red cherries and hearty red plums cover the palate with a certain flesh and texture to the fruit, all held in place by a spread of carefully managed, caressing tannins.
