A pure coastal expression of Albarino from the lauded Salnes appellation, where the soils are sandy-granitic, it is a wine of real individuality and character. Initially nutty and honeyed, with aeration a veneer of salted fruits, nori and lightly smoked notes emerge – persistent and rounded on the palate but seriously long and fresh too. Just one 500L barrel produced.
