This is a wine that I have really enjoyed seeing the progression in over the past five years, evolving towards its current subtle, nuanced and mouthwatering flavours. Made from largely old Tempranillo, a separate plot from the main Vivaltus, riven with spiced plum, capsicum, red pepper, really enjoyable, ready to drink, savoury with plenty of tannic grip. Jean-Claude and Jeff Berrouet consultants, with winemaker Montxo Martinez and owners Marcos and Carlos Yllera. Vineyards at 750m to 1000m attitude.
