Celebris

Golden lovely fine sunshine soaked fruit on the nose, with very sleek minerals on the attack and a very fine bead, the fruit coming from 9 different villages, with this particular bottling disgorged end of 14, 11 years after bottling. Open and yet firm and mineral below, warmed citrus notes, a touch of hazelnut, fantastic balance, effortless silky fruit, a touch of cream and steely lime creeping in towards the end. Serious but also exceptionally easy to drink. Very fine. 5 grams dosage.

Contains Sulphites.
