Brilliant pale green tinged lemon colour, very little botrytised grapes were used for this rather berries that were naturally concentrated on the vine by the sun, stunning balance force and elegance, notes of lime rind, lemon meringue pie, orange blossom honey and siciliam lemon, such concetration, such clarity of flavour. Grafenberg is a loam and slate based vineyard producing very well balanced wines that mix full, ripe flavours with savoury mineral notes.
