Grafenberg is a loam and slate based vineyard producing very well balanced wines that mix full, ripe flavours with savoury mineral notes, this is rich and unctuous without being too heavy. Dense and impressive flavours of ripe peach, tropical fruits and honey underpinned by great mineral spark, notes of salt and a lemon rind freshness.
